ABOUT
Nathaniel Parker was born in Scarborough, United Kingdom on May 18, 1962. He attended Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. Parker made his professional acting debut in a National Youth Theatre production of Wednesday's Child. His first film role was in 1989's Lost Angels. Parker is best known for playing Inspector Lynley in the BBC crime drama series The Inspector Lynley Mysteries from 2001 to 2008. Other TV credits include The Body Farm, Merlin, and Vanity Fair. Parker has also had an extensive career on stage, appearing in productions of Les Liaisons Dangereuses, The Art of Success, and Private Lives. Some of his notable film roles include Wilde, The Browning Version, Flawless, and Stardust. Parker married actress Anna Patrick in 2007 and they have two children.read less
