Frank S. Niceley is a Republican member of the Tennessee State Senate, representing District 8. Niceley earned his BBA from Memphis State University in 1975. He went on to receive his JD from Memphis State University Law School in 1980. Prior to his election to the Tennessee State Senate, Niceley served as a county commissioner for Jefferson County.
