Notable achievements include co-sponsoring a $190 million wildfire mitigation bill for risk maps, recovery programs, and wildland-urban interface changes; supporting legislation for pharmacists to dispense HIV prevention medications and conduct tests; and sponsoring House Bill 4113 to expand firefighter cancer compensation to include bladder and female reproductive cancers.
