ABOUT
Samuel L. Jenkins was born in San Antonio, Texas and graduated from Texas A&M University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Learning and Development. He worked in retail management for 25 years before being elected Bexar County Commissioner in 2016. Jenkins served on various local boards and commissions prior to being elected including the Alamo Area Council of Governments and the San Antonio-Bexar County Metropolitan Planning Organization. He lives in San Antonio with his wife where they raised their three children.read less
