Biography

Amy Morrin Bello is a Democratic State Representative serving Connecticut's 28th House District, which encompasses Wethersfield. Elected in November 2020, she assumed office on January 6, 2021. In her legislative role, she has been appointed as Deputy Majority Leader and Vice Chair of the Government Administration and Elections Committee. Additionally, she serves on the Transportation and Public Health Committees.

A lifelong resident of Wethersfield, Morrin Bello is dedicated to addressing community issues, including championing voting rights, supporting workforce development, and advocating for healthcare access. She emphasizes the importance of efficient government operations, accessible elections, and the overall improvement of the state's infrastructure to enhance quality of life and sustain a vibrant business environment.
