Biography
Ryan Dotson is a Republican politician representing Kentucky's 73rd House District, which encompasses all of Clark County and a portion of Fayette County. A self-employed senior pastor from Winchester, he is a Christian Pentecostal, Kentucky Colonel, and serves on the Clark County Industrial Development Authority Board. He is a U.S. Army veteran with certification in radiology and maintains one of the strongest conservative voting records in Kentucky. Notable achievements include sponsoring the Save Women’s Sports Act , advocating for parental control over classroom materials, supporting law enforcement mental health services, advancing pro-life policies, and defending Second Amendment rights. In April 2025, he announced his candidacy for Kentucky's 6th Congressional District in the 2026 election.
