ABOUT
Paul Novotny is running as a Republican for Minnesota's 8th Congressional District. Novotny is a former member of the U.S. Army. He earned a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Strayer University, and his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Providence College. Novotny has worked in the IT, finance, and healthcare fields. He was also an adjunct professor at Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and Augsburg University.
