Luke Clippinger is a Democrat from Maryland. He earned his B.S. in political science from Towson University in 1997, and his J.D. from University of Baltimore, School of Law in 2001. Clippinger was an Assistant State's Attorney in Anne Arundel Country. He also worked as legal counsel and legislative director to the Majority Whip in the Maryland House of Delegates.
