Biography
Delegate Malcolm P. Ruff is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 41 in Baltimore City. Born in Baltimore, Maryland, on April 18, 1984, he is a civil rights attorney from Park Heights known for his work on social justice issues, including successful litigation of police brutality cases and advocating for reparations legislation. A married father of four, he currently serves as Chair of the Capital Budget Subcommittee and a member of the Racing and Sports Facilities Subcommittee of the Appropriations Committee , among other roles. He is running for State Senate against incumbent Senator Dalya Attar.
