Joseph "Joe" Parsons is a former small business owner. He served in the United States Army Reserve for eight years. Parsons has served as chairman of the New Brighton school board. He was also a member of the Beaver Falls Municipal Authority board. Parsons aims to bring jobs to the district by investing in infrastructure and providing resources to innovators and entrepreneurs.
