Joel Coulombe Kitchens (born November 24, 1969) was a 2014 Republican candidate seeking election to the U.S. House to represent the 11th Congressional District of Georgia. Kitchens is a veteran of the U.S. Army. He earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Phoenix in 2006 and graduated with his MBA from Stevens-Henager College in 2007.
