Eduardo Garcia graduated with a Bachelor's degree in business administration from California State University in 1999. After college, he started a public affairs consulting business focusing on energy, environmental and public land issues. In 2012, Garcia was elected to the California State Assembly, representing the 56th District, which covers Imperial County and the eastern Coachella Valley in Riverside County. As an assemblymember, Garcia has served on various committees including Agriculture, Rules, Utilities & Energy, and Water, Parks & Wildlife.read less
