Requires that licensed teachers have their license revoked by the Hawaii Teacher Standards Board if the teacher is resigning or retiring during the pendency of any investigation into allegations of sexual assault, sexual harassment, or other physical abuse of a student. Requires a licensed teacher to surrender their license if the teacher retires or resigns from teaching before the completion of an investigation. Requires the Hawaii Teacher Standards Board to report the surrendered license to the National Association of State Directors of Teacher Education and Certification. Takes effect 4/14/2112. (SD2)

Requires the Real Estate Commission (Commission) to receive and investigate complaints by condominium unit owners against associations that are subject to chapter 514B, Hawaii Revised Statutes. Requires the Ombudsman to issue findings within an unspecified number of days after a complaint is filed with the Ombudsman against the Commission regarding the Commission's foregoing duties.

Requires the Hawaii Public Housing Authority to allow any resident of a public housing project or state low-income housing project to keep one or more pet animals in the resident's unit, subject to applicable state laws, county ordinances, and any reasonable conditions. Provides that the Authority may charge a refundable deposit for each pet animal but shall not impose a monthly pet fee or pet rent. Allows the Authority to remove a vicious animal to protect persons or property. Creates Positions. Declares that the general fund expenditure ceiling is exceeded. Makes an appropriation. (SD1)
