Allows a retirant to be employed without reenrollment in the Employees' Retirement System and without loss or interruption of retirement benefits if the retirant is employed as an investigator in a position identified by the Department of the Attorney General as a labor shortage or difficulttofill position, subject to certain conditions. Requires the Director of Human Resources of the appropriate state jurisdiction or the human resources management chief executive of each county to include in their annual reports to the Legislature, details on the employment of retirants as investigators. Effective 7/1/3000. (HD1)

Requires rental vehicle companies using state facilities to pay or reimburse the State to construct new or use existing state electric vehicle charging infrastructure at those facilities, beginning January 1, 2028. Establishes a task force to develop a plan to implement electric vehicle charging infrastructure to support one hundred per cent electric vehicle rental car fleets in the State by 2035. Amends the definition of "hemp product" to exclude delta-8-tetrahydrocannabinol. Prohibits the sale of food products and hemp products that contain delta-8-tetrahydrocannabinol. Allows the sale of food products infused with cannabinoid, hemp extract, hemp derivatives, or other hemp products. Allows the sale of hemp leaves and hemp floral material. Requires the identity statement used for labeling or advertising of hemp products to clearly identify the hemp's place of origin. Effective 6/29/2023.
