AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 24-01 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to designating the bridge on state highway 18 as the Specialist 4 Richard W. Orsund Vietnam bridge; to provide a continuing appropriation; and to declare an emergency.

ND designates the SH 18 bridge between 69th and 70th St NE as the Specialist 4 Richard W. Orsund Vietnam bridge, allows donated funds for signs, effective immediately.
