Dave Monson is a Republican representative for District 19 in the North Dakota House of Representatives, based in Osnabrock. A farmer, retired school administrator, and retired insurance agent/owner, he has held leadership roles including Speaker of the House in 2009 and Assistant Majority Leader. Notable positions include President of Dovre Lutheran Church, North American Industrial Hemp Council, and ND Atmospheric Resource Board; past boards include Prairie Public Broadcasting and Osnabrock School District.
