Tiffany T. Alston was born on September 6, 1971 in Washington, D.C. She earned her B.S. degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland in 1993. She earned her J.D. from Howard University School of Law in 1998. Alston served in the House of Delegates from 2011 to 2012.
