Terri Lynn Hill is a Democratic member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing District 12A since 2023, previously District 12 from 2015 to 2023. A board-certified plastic surgeon, she has operated a solo medical practice since 1991 and owns Visage Rejuvenation Spa LLC since 2006. As the only practicing physician in the House, she serves on the Health and Government Operations Committee, including subcommittees on Public Health and Minority Health Disparities, and Government Operations and Health Facilities. Notable achievements include the Howard County Women's Hall of Fame , Legislator of the Year awards from the Maryland Association of Eye Physicians and Medical and Chirurgical Society of Maryland , and appointments to bodies like the Commission to Advance Next Generation 911 Across Maryland . She ran unsuccessfully for U.S. Congress in Maryland's 7th District and 3rd District .
