Rick Chavez Zbur is a Democrat currently running for office in California's 30th Congressional District. Zbur was raised by a single mom in Los Angeles. His interest in politics was sparked in high school when the school board cut funding for arts programs. Zbur went on to earn degrees in political science. He has spent over a decade working in local government and on political campaigns.
