ABOUT
Manuel Guzman was raised in El Paso, Texas. He attended the University of Texas at El Paso, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. After college, Manuel began his career in public service working under State Senator José Rodríguez. He later worked under State Representatives Joe Pickett and Art Fierro as a legislative aide focused on budget and policy issues. In 2018, Manuel won election to represent House District 74 in the Texas State House. He currently serves on the House Committee on Elections as well as the House Committee on Public Education.read less
