Biography
Crystal Lett is a Democratic member of the Ohio House of Representatives, representing the 11th district, which includes the communities of Dublin and Hilliard in Franklin County. She was sworn into the 136th Ohio General Assembly on January 1, 2025.
Born and raised in Hilliard, Ohio, Lett graduated from Hilliard Davidson High School. She earned a degree in Political Science from The Ohio State University in 2008.
Before entering politics, Lett worked as a case manager at North Central Mental Health, assisting children aged 14 to 21 with severe mental illnesses. Her personal experiences, including the loss of her brother to suicide and caring for her son with a complex genetic disorder, have deeply influenced her commitment to mental health advocacy.
