Carol Kazeem is from Minnesota. She earned her JD from William Mitchell College of Law and her BS from Spelman College. Ms. Kazeem was a public defender in Minnesota for over 15 years, representing low-income clients in criminal court. She taught as an adjunct professor at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Ms. Kazeem serves on the Second Judicial District Ethics Committee. She helped create the James A. Love Justice Award to honor Justice Alan Page’s commitment to children.read less
