Lisa A. Borowski is a Democratic member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, representing the 168th District in Delaware County, including Edgmont, Newtown, Middletown, and Radnor townships. Elected in November 2022 after unseating Republican incumbent Christopher B. Quinn, she serves as a member of the Climate Caucus and advocates for public education, gun safety, healthcare access, first responders, abortion rights, workers’ rights, climate action, and voting rights. Prior to her state role, she served five years as Radnor Township Commissioner , including two years as Board President, where she secured library investments, increased police funding, improved infrastructure, and passed balanced budgets. Her public service began over a decade ago on the Radnor Township School Board , where she was Vice President and led the creation of one of the area's first full-day kindergarten programs. Previously, she worked in development for Einstein Healthcare Network and as board operations manager for the Philadelphia Police Foundation.
