Will B. Stapp is a Libertarian candidate running for Texas House of Representatives, District 125 in 2022. Will is an U.S. Navy veteran with a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and engineering from the United States Naval Academy. Stapp served 20 years on active duty as a surface warfare officer (SWO), systems expert, and developer. He completed two U.S. Navy commands, one in the Pacific Fleet and one in the Atlantic. Upon retirement, Will returned to Houston, his hometown, and works as a business developer and engineer.read less
