Thomas Case Brittain Jr. was born in South Carolina. He received his Bachelor's degree from the College of Charleston in 2011 and his law degree from the Charleston School of Law in 2015. Brittain has experience working in law and government. He served as an attorney for the South Carolina Senate Judiciary Committee, an assistant solicitor for the Ninth Judicial Circuit Solicitor’s Office, and as counsel for former South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley.
