Scott E. Hutchinson is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania State House, representing District 64. Hutchinson was elected in 2020. He previously served District 64 from 2017 through 2018 before losing his 2018 bid for reelection. Hutchinson is the owner of S&A Homes, a construction company he runs with his sons.
