Lisa Baker is a Republican member of the Pennsylvania State Senate representing District 20, which includes parts of Luzerne and Wayne counties, and all of Pike, Susquehanna, and Wyoming counties. First elected in 2006 to succeed retiring Senator Charles Lemmond, she defeated Democrat Robert G.
