Patsy Hazlewood is a member of the Tennessee House of Representatives, representing District 27. She assumed office in 2017. Hazlewood is a member of the House Agriculture and Natural Resources, House Consumer and Human Resources, Joint Fiscal Review, and Joint TennCare Oversight Committees. Prior to her election, Hazlewood worked for companies including BellSouth Telecommunications and AT&T. She helped launch Portland-based Teleflex Corporation’s East Tennessee operations. Hazlewood earned a B.S. in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. She and her husband Tommy have two children.read less
