Kevin D. Raper is a Libertarian candidate for Governor in Missouri. He graduated from Purdue University with a degree in Computer Engineering. Raper has served as the Chairman for the Libertarian Party of Missouri. He also ran as the Libertarian nominee for Missouri’s 7th Congressional District in 2020. His campaign priorities include reforming Missouri's criminal justice system, legalizing cannabis, expanding school choice programs, eliminating occupational licensing laws that restrict employment, and opposing tax increases or new taxes. Raper advocates for reducing government spending and regulation to empower Missouri residents with more personal and economic freedoms.read less
