Frank M. Conaway Jr. is a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 40. He assumed office in January 2007. He currently serves on the Appropriations Committee and its Education and Economic Development Subcommittee, Capital Budget Subcommittee, and Oversight Committee on Pensions Subcommittee. Conaway previously served on the Baltimore City Council. He has worked as a clerk with the Baltimore Liquor Board and as a special assistant for Intergovernmental Relations.
