Christopher Eric Bouchat was born on April 3, 1960. He received a B.A. degree in History in 1982 and a M.A. degree in National Security Studies in 2012. Bouchat was a social studies teacher at Cardinal Gibbons High School in Baltimore, Maryland from 2000-2007. He also served in the U.S. Army Reserve from 1980-1992.read less
