Frank Hoagland
Frank Hoagland is an American businessman and former politician from Ohio. He is a member of the Republican Party and previously served in the United States Navy as a Navy SEAL. He currently owns Special Tactics and Rescue Training LLC, a security training provider based in Mingo Junction, Ohio.
Political Experience
Hoagland served in the Ohio Senate from 2017 to 2023, representing the 30th district, which spans ten counties. He initially entered politics by challenging incumbent state Senator Lou Gentile in the 2016 general election. Running unopposed for the Republican nomination, Hoagland won the general election on November 8, 2016, with a margin of 53%-47%.
