Biography
Catherine D. Ingram is a Democratic member of the Ohio Senate, representing the 9th District, which includes parts of Hamilton County, such as Cincinnati, Elmwood Place, Norwood, Springfield Township, St. Bernard, Amberly, Arlington Heights, Columbia Township , Fairfax, Golf Manor, Lincoln Heights, Lockland, Mariemont, Silverton, Sycamore Township , Woodlawn, and Wyoming.
Before her tenure in the Senate, Ingram served three terms in the Ohio House of Representatives, representing the 32nd District. She has also been a member of the Cincinnati Board of Education for over 20 years, holding positions as president and vice president in the mid-1990s.
Ingram earned both her bachelor's degree and Master of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. She has been recognized with the Delta Sigma Theta Achieving Women Award and the United Way/Community Chest Outstanding Service Award.
