Barrie S. Ciliberti was born in Ambler, Pennsylvania. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and History from Lycoming College. Ciliberti served as Chief of Staff and Special Assistant to former Congressman Curt Weldon. He also served as the Director of Business Development for Drexel University Online. Ciliberti is a former small business owner. He has served on various nonprofit boards supporting education, healthcare, and economic growth and is the former Chairman of the Upper Moreland Republican Committee.
