Specifies that the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives shall each have one vote if they have employees in a particular bargaining unit for the purposes of negotiating a collective bargaining agreement. Repeals staff of the legislative branch of the State from the list of individuals not included in any appropriate bargaining unit.

SB2971 - Relating To Indecent Exposure.

Raises the criminal penalty for the offense of indecent exposure from a petty misdemeanor to a misdemeanor if the victim is less than sixteen years of age. Provides that the state of mind requirement is not applicable to the fact that the victim is less than sixteen years of age and that the actor is strictly liable with respect to the attendant circumstance that the victim was less than sixteen years of age.

SB450 - Relating To Board Meetings.

Requires boards to use interactive conference technology to remotely conduct public meetings in conjunction with in-person meetings that allow for public participation. Requires boards to archive certain recordings of meetings on their websites.
