TO REQUIRE THAT THE DRIVER’S INSTRUCTION MANUAL AND THE DRIVER’S LICENSE EXAMINATION INCLUDE INFORMATION ABOUT THE SAFE OPERATION OF A MOTOR VEHICLE IN A HIGHWAY WORK ZONE.
