TO AMEND THE LAW CONCERNING THE DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM AT A TRAIN; AND TO INCREASE THE FINE THAT MAY BE IMPOSED FOR THE DISCHARGE OF A FIREARM AT A TRAIN OR FOR THROWING OTHER OBJECTS AT A TRAIN.
