LIABILITY/CIVIL: Provides relative to consumable hemp

2025 Regular Session Introduced by Rhonda Butler and 9 co-sponsors

Louisiana law now limits liability for consumable hemp product claims, taking effect August 1, 2025, protecting producers from certain lawsuits.

Signed by the Governor. Becomes Act No. 345.
