BOATS/BOATING: Provides for parishes to designate no-wake zones on state waterways. (8/1/25)

Louisiana law now permits parishes to establish no-wake zones on state waterways to prevent erosion, reduce noise, and enhance water safety through local boat speed restrictions.

Signed by the Governor. Becomes Act No. 415.
