ABOUT
Tou Xiong is from Maplewood, Minnesota. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from University of Minnesota. Later, he earned his Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College. Tou served on the Board of Commissioners for the Housing and Redevelopment Authority in Saint Paul for 10 years. He served as Vice Chair from 2012 to 2015, then as Chair from 2015 to 2021. Tou works as an Executive Director at the Coalition of Asian American Leaders.read less
