Ryan A. Bizzarro is a native of Erie County. He attended Edinboro University, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice. In 2010, Ryan was elected to the Millcreek Township School Board. He served as chairman of the board's athletics committee. Ryan also served on the township's zoning hearing board. In 2012, Ryan was elected to the Pennsylvania State House representing the 3rd Legislative District. He serves on several House committees including Game & Fisheries, Local Government, Professional Licensure, Tourism & Recreational Development, and Veterans Affairs & Emergency Preparedness.read less
