Russell L. Ott is from St. Matthews, SC. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from Presbyterian College in 1995. He then obtained his J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1998. In 1998, Ott was admitted to the South Carolina Bar. He practices law in St. Matthews. He also owns Ott Farms, a family farm located in Calhoun County. He is a former President of the Calhoun County Chamber of Commerce and he currently serves on the Investment Committee of the Central Carolina Community Foundation.read less
