Robert Wittke is running for the U.S. House to represent the 3rd Congressional District of Indiana. He was born and raised in South Bend, attending Riley High School. After high school, Wittke attended Indiana University South Bend where he studied Political Science and History. After college, Wittke worked in Washington, D.C. for several members of Congress, focusing on agriculture, foreign affairs, and veterans issues.
