Clarifies labeling requirements for macadamia nuts to require a disclosure indicating that a product may contain macadamia nuts not grown in Hawaii if the consumer package contains macadamia nuts grown outside the State. Exempts from the labeling requirements products that contain any other ingredient, except seasonings and flavorings, in addition to macadamia nuts. Effective 1/1/2026. (CD1)

Transfers the personnel and assets of the Department of Health and assets Department of Agriculture to the Hawaii Cannabis Authority. Appropriates funds.

Provides that each lease that the Department of Agriculture enters into, renews, or extends after the effective date of this Act shall authorize the Department to: (1) Enter the leased premises at any time to identity, investigate, control, or eradicate invasive species; and (2) Terminate the lease if the lessee refuses the Department entry or is found in violation of any applicable law, rule, or order relating to the control or eradication of invasive species.

Requires boards to include in the notice to persons requesting notification of meetings, a list of the documents that were compiled by the board and distributed to board members before a board meeting for use at the meeting.
