Sean Anthony Quinlan is a Democratic member of the Hawaii House of Representatives, representing District 47 on Oʻahu, which includes Waialua, Haleʻiwa, Kawailoa Beach, Waimea, Sunset Beach, Waialeʻe, Kawela Bay, Kahuku, Lāʻie, Hauʻula, Punaluʻu, and Kahana. Born in 1982 in Hong Kong, he resides in Haleʻiwa on the North Shore with his wife Daniela and son Max; he is an avid surfer, scuba diver, fisherman, and raises chickens.
