Beginning with the renewal for the licensing biennium commencing 7/1/2025, requires licensees to complete continuing education as determined by the board. Allows the board of acupuncture to issue licenses by reciprocity.

Excludes certain manufacturers, dealers, distributors, and importers of certain motor vehicles or motor vehicle equipment, all-terrain sports vehicles and motorcycles, heavy construction equipment, and medical equipment valued at or over $100,000.

Adds "community health center" to the list of eligible organizations at which those with a community service license may practice. Allows dental hygiene and dental college graduates who have graduated from educational programs recognized by the American Dental Association Commission on Dental Accreditation to apply for temporary or community service licenses. Expands eligibility for a community service license to practice dentistry to those candidates who have passed the Integrated National Board Dental Examination within five years of the date of request.
