Repeals a criminal penalty for violations of certain abortion provisions. Clarifies that advanced practice registered nurses may provide abortion care. Clarifies that physicians, osteopathic physicians, and advanced practice registered nurses may administer a medication abortion via telehealth for a patient residing in the State.
