Gail K. Pavliga was born in Cohoes, New York to Mary and Stanley Pavliga. She graduated from Keuka College with a bachelor's degree in social work and sociology. Gail worked for non-profit organizations for over 35 years assisting individuals with developmental disabilities. She also worked as a substitute teacher and reading specialist in several local school districts. Gail lives in the town of Colonie. She has been active with the League of Women Voters, serving as president of her local chapter.read less
