Gail K. Pavliga was born in Cohoes, New York to Mary and Stanley Pavliga. She graduated from Keuka College with a bachelor's degree in social work and sociology. Gail worked for non-profit organizations for over 35 years assisting individuals with developmental disabilities. She also worked as a substitute teacher and reading specialist in several local school districts. Gail lives in the town of Colonie.
