Frank M. Conaway Jr. is a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, representing District 40. He assumed office in January 2007. He currently serves on the Appropriations Committee and its Education and Economic Development Subcommittee, Capital Budget Subcommittee, and Oversight Committee on Pensions Subcommittee.
